Wrapped in upcycled, matte nubuck leather, which quickly develops a vintage patina due to its uneven and scratch-sensitive finish, this desired effect will add unique character to your boots. AAVA Zero Waste ankle boots feature a multi-season lining for insulation and a lightweight lugged TR-rubber sole providing excellent traction.

Crafted at our own dedicated factory in Pärnu, Estonia, we have adopted a more sustainable approach to the design and manufacture of AAVA Zero Waste. These eco-conscious winter boots are created from a blend of factory scraps and surplus waste materials.

UPPER MATERIAL: Upcycled matte green nubuck leather, a flat colour which is quick to develop a distinctive patina over time.
HEINEN LEATHER: Tanned in an environmentally advanced and socially conscious way.
MULTI-SEASON LINING: An insulated synthetic lining providing warmth and protection for changing weather conditions, ideal for autumn, winter, and spring.
REMOVABLE INSOLE: Provides comfort for your feet!
TR-RUBBER SOLE: Features thick lugs and a rugged profile.
ZIPPER: Quick and easy to put on and take off.
ELASTIC SIDE GUSSET: Adds extra comfort for your legs.
MATTE LEATHER: Due to its scratch-sensitive finish, matte leather quickly develops a vintage patina through natural use, such as folding, scratching, and stretching while walking. Exposure to rain and snow also enhances this unique patina, as liquids darken the leather.
HEINEN LEATHER: Tanned by Lederfabrik Josef Heinen, this eco-friendly choice in shoemaking prioritises environmental and animal welfare. Heinen nubuck leather has a velvet surface with a slight nap, giving it depth and character, and will develop a distinctive patina over time.
