  • PRODUCT CARE: Gentle care will help your merino wool garment will stay beautiful and last longer.
  • Fresh Air / Ventilation: Merino wool benefits from regular airing and only needs washing occasionally.
  • Gentle washing: When washing, use wool detergent on a delicate cycle at 30°C, with a light spin.
  • Drying: Do not tumble-dry, it can damage wool fibres. Instead, gently shape the scarf while damp and lay it flat to dry, preferably on a towel.
  • Ironing: If needed, steam or iron at a low temperature to maintain its softness.
  • Merino ventilation: Merino wool rarely needs to be washed, because the wool fibre naturally repels dirt and odors. Therefore, the most important maintenance measure for merino wool is ventilation. Merino wool's ability to clean itself in the fresh air greatly reduces the need for traditional water washing. The ventilation removes all odors – including the smell of smoke and sweat. Ventilation is also the most important maintenance measure for merino wool socks and accessories. Wool has an amazing ability to clean itself, even when it comes to socks.
  • Washing merino wool: Merino wool clothing does not always need to be washed completely if it gets visible dirt. Cleaning is quick when you wash the stain by hand right away when it's fresh. Always use a laundry bag, wool detergent (pH 7 or less) and a 30 degree wool/delicate wash program with the lightest spin for machine washable merino clothing .
