With GORE-TEX® technical linings, Pomar shoes deliver 100% waterproof protection without compromising breathability. This means your feet stay dry, as the shoes let moisture escape while blocking water from getting in. Whether it’s rain, sleet or snow, your feet stay comfortable and protected.
A waterproof, insulated and breathable lining
GORE-TEX® also written GTX, is a microporous membrane, that’s seamlessly laminated to the shoe lining, working like a shield. This membrane blocks outside water from getting in, while letting moisture and heat escape. So, your feet stay comfortably dry—protected from rain, sleet, and snow.
GORE-TEX® ePE
Introduced in 2022, GORE-TEX® (ePE) is a new GORE lining providing the same trusted weather protection with a lower environmental impact. GORE-TEX® ePE combines a high strength-to-weight ratio, resulting in an ultra-lightweight, thin, and durable composite. Paired with Polyurethane (PU), it forms a waterproof, windproof, and breathable membrane, reducing carbon emissions as verified by Higg MSI measurements.
At Pomar, we continue to offer both the latest ePE lining and our classic GORE-TEX® options, each providing outstanding waterproof and breathable performance.
